US Critical Minerals LLC is a privately held US mineral exploration company building and developing a portfolio of domestic critical mineral assets, primarily focused on battery-related minerals and rare earths. The company was founded in 2019 by Chief Executive Officer, Jesse R. Edmondson, and Vice President of Exploration, Dr. Robert B. Cook. Together our team has over 50 years of combined experience and success in developing critical mineral projects on private land in the southeastern United States. Our company is dedicated to helping establish secure and sustainable domestic supply chains, and is particularly passionate about the opportunities to build regional vertically-integrated supply chains in the southeastern US to support the rapidly growing aerospace, defense, automotive, and energy storage industries.
